(a). The product and box must be "unopened" or in their "original condition".

(b). Any return requires a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or it will be refused.

(c). WE will notify you via email of your retund once we have received and verified the returned item.

(d). All returns (except exchange) are be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. No products will be accepted without a RMA number.

(e). All returns will be processed and fully tested or inspected after they arrive in our warehouse.

(f). Refused shipment wil be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.

2. All products are covered by manufaturers' warranties. Please refer to your owner's manual for duration of manufaturers' warranties and support services.

3. CPU, Memory and Computer Software products are covered by manufacturer's warranties only!!! No return, refund, or support services will be provided by OVA USA, Inc.

4. OVA USA, Inc. is commited to working with you to ensure that every product under warranty performs to the manufacturer specification.

5. Products damaged by improper use and handling or natural disaster are not be covered under warranty.

6. Many problems are usualy solve with the assistance and technical expertise of the manufacturer. If after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, OVA USA. Inc. will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution.

7. If you receive a defective product contact the warranty information on the manual or call our Customer Service for assistance.
